Oliver Wyman joined forces with Harbour Consulting to
create an integrated offering of strategic, organizational and operational expertise

endeavor. The Harbour Report is a comprehensive
annual view of how North American automobile manufacturers stack up on clearly
defined metrics of productivity. This discussion will focus on The Harbour Report 2008 and the story behind it. Who are the
best and what separates them from the rest? Which automakers are improving the most?
What strategies are different companies pursuing to raise productivity? What
does the data show about the future? Which companies have the most unused
capacity and what are they doing about it? Some of the findings will surprise
you.
