Title: “Lean in
Administrative Processes”
Abstract:
The
presentation will highlight similarities as well as differences between
manufacturing and administrative processes, and demonstrate how the tools of
Waste Elimination can be transferred to the ‘office’ environment. Real-life
examples from product development, order entry and administration, costing, and
payment processing will demonstrate the successes of eliminating Waste in
administrative areas.
