The Language of Leadership

"People here resist change…"
"There's little or no accountability..."
"No one takes the initiative to …"
"They're stuck doing things in the same old way…"

Sound familiar?

If this sounds like what you are concerned or complaining about, think what your staff, vendors or customers are saying!

The challenge for today's business leaders is no longer restricted to solving problems. Now, to survive and grow you need to be able to create an organization that can "learn". "Learning organizations" are business entities or groups that are continually enhancing each individual's ability to be creative and put that creative energy into action.

The "Language of Leadership", a two and one half hour workshop, is an introduction into the technology needed to create a "learning organization".

This Workshop will provide you with the tools to:

  1. Take what you have seen as a difficult or even impossible issue, and turn it into breakthrough results.

  2. Provide you with a step-by-step process that you can learn painlessly for your own use, and guide others in its use.

  3. Create a new perspective for your future leadership.

This interactive workshop is designed for Engineers in leadership, management and sales positions that are responsible for building teams of effective people or being more effective with vendors or customers.

Your preparation for the Workshop: Over the next several days, make a note of what you are complaining about (even if you are complaining to yourself). Keep a list of your complaints. Come to the Workshop with your "Top 3" complaints. Be prepared to go to work on those issues.
