Professional : Victor is a Sr. Process Engineer with ProMedica Health System.  He has a Master’s degree in Information Management and Communications from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.  A Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan.  He has worked in a Healthcare Hospital setting for fifteen years as a Senior Operations Engineer Analyst, Senior Management Engineer.  He has worked in the Health Insurance Industry for nine years as a Computer Operations Production Control Supervisor, Senior Industrial Engineer and Customer Services Manager. 

Professional Institutions Offices Held : He serves on the Board of Directors for the Local Detroit Chapter of Institute of Industrial Engineers.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Cass Corridor Neighborhood Development Corporation, CCNDC, where he is helping to rebuild his old poverty-stricken neighborhood in downtown Detroit, MI. by constructing twenty new low-income apartment buildings for 120 needy families.
