Greg Andrysiak has been on the board of Director since 1992 holding many different positions including President. He is currently working at TRW Automotive as an Advanced Sourcing Engineer for global purchasing. He is conducting workshops and projects world wide to help suppliers with cost reduction and value improvement.

He is a classically trained Industrial Engineer. He is currently seeking certification as Certified Value Specialist with the Society of Value Engineers and is a 6 sigma Black Belt.

He is a process improvement professional with cost improvement goals. That theme is illustrated in many of his past positions. Which include; VAVE Engineer, ALPS Field Financial Tracking Manager, Tooling Analyst, Capital Administrator, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Project Engineer, Production Manager, and Industrial Engineer.

His past results have yielded tens of millions of dollars in improvements. His goals include applying lessons learned earlier in the product launch cycle.
